Shipping & Return Policy
In-person purchase: Makeover Essentials stands behind its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your in-person purchase of Makeover Essentials products through an authorized independent corporate distributor for any reason, you can request a refund. If products are damaged or defective, they will be replaced free of charge, however, products must be returned in accordance with their warranty. If there’s no warranty, the products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Shipping costs to be borne by customer. Exchanges are not offered at this time. Please reach out to your authorized Makeover Essentials independent corporate distributor to handle the refund. If you are unable to contact the independent corporate distributor, please contact Makeover Essentials at the link below with proof of purchase.
Acceptable forms of proof of purchase: Receipt (paper receipt, credit card receipt), bank statement, credit card statement and/or picture of the product.
If you did not receive a receipt or received the product as a gift, Makeover Essentials will refund the current wholesale price of the product. Please note that the wholesale price is not the same as Makeover Essentials’ online pricing. Unfortunately, Makeover Essentials cannot exchange products received as gifts.
Refunds from Makeover Essentials will be given via PayPal or check. We are unable to refund a credit card directly since payment was taken by the independent corporate distributor and not Makeover Essentials.

Online purchase: Products must be returned within 30 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Makeover-Essentials.com. When you return your purchase, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s). Regrettably, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Makeover-Essentials.com.
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or packing list and all original components. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number(s) so that we can contact you, if necessary. Shipping costs to be borne by customer.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Makeover-Essentials.com ships to Continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.

Makeover-Essentials.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). Our Standard Shipping Option combines the capabilities of USPS, FedEx, and Smartpost to deliver packages to you more efficiently. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska we offer FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight services only.
