Innovage, LLC (“Innovage”) warrants to the original customer (“You” and “Your”) that this Makeover Essentials product (“Product”) will be free from defects due to design and manufacturing. Coverage terminates if you sell or transfer the product. Defective Products(s) will be replaced (or the purchase price refunded) by Innovage in accordance with the following terms and conditions if Innovage reasonably determines the Product(s) did not comply with this limited warranty (“Warranty”):
To obtain Warranty service: You must send Your name, address, telephone number, a brief explanation of the problem, proof of original purchase and $14.95 (shipping and handling) to the address provided below. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse and/or misuse including, without limitation, any failure to follow the Product use and/or storage instructions provided with this Product. The Warranty is voided by any non-recommended use, improper storage and/or damage to the Product. Replacement as provided under this limited Warranty is Your exclusive remedy. However, in the event no replacement Product is reasonably available, Innovage will refund the Product purchase price designated on Your original receipt. Innovage shall in no event be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other special damages. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of, incidental, consequential, punitive or other special damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to You. This Warranty gives You specific legal rights and You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
