Makeover-Essentials.com ship to Continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States and to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule
Makeover-Essentials.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.
Hawaii & Alaska
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska we offer FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight services only.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for a refund.
Products must be returned within 30 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Makeover-Essentials.com. When you return your purchase, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s). Regrettably, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by Makeover-Essentials.com.
Return shipping and handling fees are free when you use the Merchandise Return label included in your order. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or packing list and all original components. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number(s) so that we can contact you, if necessary.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
